Until recently, medical science thought that the heart was a mechanical pump. New research has shown that the heart is much more than we thought.
The heart has neurotransmitters that influence the higher thinking in the brain. It contains 70.000 brain cells, yet scientists are not sure about their function.
A recent discovery is that the heart already signals the presence of danger, even before the brain and the senses can register it. The heart passes the information on to the brain, which in its turn stimulates the body to take action.
I will be writing more about living in the heart, benefits of heart coherence and the path of creation from the heart – soon.
